TERMS & CONDITIONS

**Please do read before making your booking.**

Bookings -

For all appointments email me on - samholtonhair@gmail.com,

or fill in the contact form on the contact page. 

I will respond as soon as I can within my working hours.

Working Hours & Areas -

Please refer to my contact page, all the up to date information is there. 

I am happy to travel further, there is a travel time fee of £20.

Cancellations -

As a small business cancellations do effect me, I also appreciate things happen. So, I kindly ask that if you do need to cancel or alter your appointment that you give me a minimum notice of 48 hours so

I may re-book this time, otherwise 100% of total service may be charged.

 

This also applies the other way, if I need to reschedule or cancel I will give you as much notice as possible, mutual respect of time!.

 

Payment & Bookings -

Contactless card payment (all major cards excepted), Bank transfer, to be completed at the beginning of the appointment.  

Finally, good old cash also accepted. My online booking system will be up and running soon

 Sam Holton Hair reserves the right to request any payment upfront for any services or products.

Consultations -

New colour clients need a consultation appointment, this takes up to 30 minutes

 allowing colours to be discussed, possible test strands to be taken and most

importantly the essential skin test is 

carried out which needs to be at least 48 hours prior to the colour

service. If you miss the consultation booking I will automatically cancel your

appointment.

Pricing -

All prices are 'from' and are correct as of 1st January 2024

 

Other Useful Information -

 If there isn't any parking at or very near your property,

please advise me before you book as my bags are very heavy.

Your hair needs to be clean unless otherwise specified. Please do not wear any new clothes to have

your colour done accidents can happen even when you have a gown and towel around your neck.

 I will need space to work so a worktop or equivalent height table will be ideal to put all my equipment

on and work off, with a normal back height chair. If you can have a space cleared that will be much appreciated.
